Ambiance and Accommodation
This luxurious townhouse can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 features a lavish King-size bed, Bedroom 2 offers a flexible super king (which can be split into singles) alongside a Small double, and Bedroom 3 provides a Double bed. The lounge area includes a Sofa bed for added versatility.
Convenience and Facilities
Guests benefit from 2 bathrooms along with an additional downstairs toilet, ensuring convenience and ample space for larger groups or families. Whether you’re in Reading for business or leisure, this luxurious townhouse provides the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.
Parking
Two allocated parking spaces are available. Parking Permits MUST be displayed inside the parking permit holder which MUST be stuck on the windscreen when parked. Please place the permit inside a permit holder and stick on your windscreen. If passes are not displayed correctly in a permit holder on the windscreen the site warden will issue a parking ticket and we have no control or right of appeal over parking tickets. Passes are in the plastic box in the storage cupboard in the kitchen. If passes are lost or not returned there is a £100 replacement fee.
