Frequently Asked Questions

Payment of a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.

The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.

At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of ‘insert amount’. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

We currently operate a Covid-Cancellation Policy. If you are unable to travel due to Covid restrictions we will give you the opportunity to book a date in the future or we will cancel your booking and refund the full amount. For our standard cancellation policy please get in touch and we will provide our terms and conditions.

We do not allow pets in our holiday home.

We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment in all properties. We can provide equipment, such as a cot, high chair, … when you notify us in advance. Please contact us for further details.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Standard check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. We have early/late check-in/check-out options upon request.

If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
